
Nia Coleman is a Senior Tax Manager with a background in tax law, estate planning, and intellectual property. She brings a multidisciplinary legal perspective shaped by her experience in transactional law, estate and tax planning, and emerging regulatory issues. Nia is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law, where she served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team, and a Student Attorney in the Community Economic and Equity Development Clinic. Her academic and clinical work focused on business structuring, transactional drafting, and legal advisory services for community-based organizations.
